- In the event that your case goes to the hearing level of appeal, our representatives will develop your case, prepare a pre-hearing memorandum, prepare you to testify effectively and attend the hearing with you

Fees
- There are no up front costs for our experts to represent you.
- You do not pay for our services unless we win your case.
- When we win your case, our fee is 25% of the past due benefits up to $6,000.00, whichever is less. These fees are regulated by the Social Security Administration.
